By initiating a conversation with InterviewToday on WhatsApp, purchasing interview credits, or participating in an AI phone screening call, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governed by Intervi.

1. Description of Service

InterviewToday provides an automated, artificial intelligence-powered interview screening and practice platform. The service conducts voice phone interviews via standard telecommunication networks, evaluates candidate responses using Large Language Models (LLMs), and produces structured performance reports.

2. Eligibility & User Obligations

You must be at least 18 years old to use InterviewToday or have parental/guardian consent.
You agree to provide accurate resume data and your genuine contact information.
You agree not to record, interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt prompt injection / adversarial attacks against the AI voice screening runtime.

3. Interview Credits & Pricing

Single Mock Interview: Priced at ₹499 INR (inclusive of applicable taxes), granting one 25-minute mock interview session and one scoring report.
3-Round Mastery Pack: Priced at ₹999 INR (inclusive of applicable taxes), granting three 25-minute mock interview sessions.
Credits do not expire for 180 days from the date of purchase.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Employment Guarantee

InterviewToday is an educational practice and self-assessment tool. While our evaluation rubrics adhere to industry standards (e.g. Amazon Bar Raiser, standard tech screening), InterviewToday and Intervi do not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, or employment offers with any third-party employer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, Intervi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from technical call drops, network jitter, or third-party telecom carrier interruptions. In any case, our maximum total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
