Cancellation & Refund Policy

At InterviewToday (operated by Intervi), we are committed to fair and transparent customer satisfaction. If you encounter a technical failure, cellular network drop, or wish to cancel an unutilized interview credit, our refund policy has you covered.

1. Rescheduling & Cancellation Before the Interview

  • Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule your scheduled interview slot at any time up to 15 minutes before the call without penalty.
  • Voluntary Cancellation: If you purchase an interview credit and request a cancellation before participating in the phone interview, a 100% full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Automatic Protection for Technical Call Drops

Telecommunications networks can sometimes experience unexpected cellular drops. If an interview call drops or fails due to carrier or platform technical issues before completing the minimum interview threshold:

  • Your interview credit will be automatically released and restored to your account immediately.
  • You will be invited over WhatsApp to reschedule the call at your convenience at zero extra cost.
  • If you prefer not to reschedule, you can request a direct 100% refund.

3. Completed Interviews & Non-Refundable Scenarios

Once an interview call has been successfully completed and the Amazon Nova 2 analysis report/PDF has been generated and delivered to your WhatsApp account, the digital service is considered fully rendered and is non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a manual refund:

  1. Send a message to our WhatsApp support number or email refunds@interviewtoday.in.
  2. Provide your registered WhatsApp phone number and Razorpay Payment ID (found on your payment receipt).
  3. Our support team will review and approve valid requests within 24 hours.

5. Refund Processing Timelines

Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately via Razorpay. Depending on your bank or payment method:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm): 2 to 24 hours.
  • Net Banking & Debit/Credit Cards: 5 to 7 business days per standard banking processing cycles.
