Summary: Intervi ("we", "us", "our") operates InterviewToday (interviewtoday.in) and respects your privacy. We process your resume and voice interview audio solely to generate your objective interview scoring report. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and all resume artifacts are securely quarantined and purged within 30 days.

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with InterviewToday via our WhatsApp Business interface, phone telephony, or website, we collect the following categories of information:

Contact & Identification Data: Your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and email address (if provided for report delivery).
Resume & Profile Data: PDF/document resumes submitted during the WhatsApp intake process, including work history, education, skills, and projects.
Voice & Audio Data: Dual-channel audio recordings and transcripts of your 25-minute mock phone interview sessions.
Transaction & Payment Data: Transaction references, payment status, and order identifiers from Razorpay or Meta Payments. We do not store raw credit card numbers or UPI MPINs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following operational purposes:

To conduct real-time AI voice phone screening interviews customized to your target role and resume experience.
To generate detailed evaluation rubrics, filler word cadence metrics, and PDF assessment reports using Amazon Nova 2.
To deliver your feedback reports securely via WhatsApp and encrypted Amazon S3 presigned URLs.
To process transaction settlements, handle refund requests, and maintain ledger accounting.

3. Data Quarantine, Security & Encryption

Intervi employs bank-grade security standards. All resume documents and audio recordings are stored in isolated Amazon S3 buckets encrypted at rest with AWS Key Management Service (AWS KMS) AES-256 encryption. Resumes are processed in sandboxed execution environments, and temporary artifacts are permanently purged after 30 days.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share necessary data only with compliant cloud and infrastructure sub-processors:

Amazon Web Services (AWS): Secure hosting, DynamoDB storage, S3 object storage, and Bedrock AI runtimes.
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Cloud API): For message transmission and interactive WhatsApp UI.
Razorpay Software Private Limited: For payment processing in compliance with RBI guidelines.
Licensed Telephony Providers (Plivo / Carriers): For routing domestic PSTN/SIP phone calls.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion Requests

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023), you have the right to access, correct, or request the immediate deletion of your candidate profile, resume, and voice recordings. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@interviewtoday.in.
